Climate change issues are at the top of the world's attention, and their serious effects on the world in general and developing countries in particular.
Which in turn pays the bill for the repercussions of climate change resulting from the increased emissions from the western world and industrialized countries, which caused an unprecedented rise in temperatures in many countries, and the occurrence of many natural disasters, fires and floods, the rise in the level of water in seas, the scarcity of resources, desertification, the impact on biological diversity, and other changes that threaten imminent dangers that threaten the future of humanity.
In light of the escalation of these climate changes and their effects, which negatively affected Egypt and all Arab and African countries
Egypt wanted to clarify the whole picture for the international community
