the status of citizenship is established to those who have _according to the constitutions and the law_ political rights,which enables them to take part in the governce of their country as well as civil rights they enjoyed by as well as others. It has been looking at this concept as the best legal mechanism to limit sectarian and ethnic conflicts and it was presented as aconcept to achieve the equality among individuals as amembers in political group. Although the vast dimensions of the controversial concept of citizenship had rose several legal miscinceptions weather those related to political rights and representing citizens and involving them in managing the different parts of government or those related to the contradictions between the text of the islamic conistitutions as a main source of law and the principles of citizenship The egyptian legislator was keen on considering the citizen is the criterian to set rights and imposing puplic rights. As most arab countries tricked by the wend of change at the level of their leadership or their organization have set the right of rolling organizationship in modern conistitutional document issued by them
